0:59.1	a growing problem at home, with prices rising at their highest pace in 40 years and Americans
1:04.7	paying more for items across the board for where they live, for what they eat and how they
1:09.6	travel.
1:10.7	This morning, the Labor Department reported the prices last month climbed 9.1%, compared
1:16.1	to a year ago higher than expected.
1:18.7	That includes gas prices up more than 59%, although prices are currently down from a month
1:23.4	ago.
1:24.4	The price for new cars up more than 11%.
1:26.6	The price for food up 10%, and housing costs up more than 5.5%.
1:32.4	Today's report comes less than a week after the administration received some good economic
1:36.6	news with June's jobs report showing more than 370,000 new jobs were created last month.
