Now I'm Kristen Welker, the January 6th committee, just wrapped up its 7th public hearing, laying

out its findings, a hearing that included new testimony from former President Trump's

White House Council, we heard from him for the first time, and startling new details

about efforts that originated inside the Oval Office to overturn the election results

in December of 2020.

And when those efforts failed, how Trump then turned his sides to January 6th, ultimately
