President Biden just wrapped up an address in Virginia Beach on the issue of health care as he tries to turn the focus back to his domestic agenda while looking ahead to 2024. In his remarks, the president took some shots at Republicans, specifically so-called MAGA Republicans, and he criticized the GOP for its years-long efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
