Today, we're going to do a meet the nation interview.

That's when we talk to someone that's a fan of the show,

just for 20 minutes, get to know them a little bit,

and just so that we are better acquainted with each other.

There's a shake out run at the Arteric Chicago.

On Damon Street here in Chicago, on 10-8-22.

That's going to be the marathon, pre-marathon shakeout run.

So put that in your schedule.
