people. I say all the time, I didn't hear about money from my parents. And I actually recorded a podcast

episode a while back with my dad about, it was a Father's Day episode. So it was a year ago now. And I asked

him specifically, I'm like, dad, you know, you never talked to me about money. Why not? And he said,

well, I just didn't think you needed to know about it. Like, that was the mentality.

And I've talked to my mom separately.

My parents are divorced.

And my mom said, well, I didn't know anything about money.

So I felt like I had nothing to share with you.

You know, like, I mean, I could tell you everything that not to do.

So they had different, different philosophies of why not to talk to me as a kid about money.

But at the end of the day, neither of them talked to me about money.
