into it. First of all, why would anybody want to invest in something like a mobile home park? When we

think about real estate investing, we think about buying an apartment building or taking

the home that you used to live in when you're moving and then renting it out.

When you first thought of doing a show on mobile home parks, what was the first thing to

go through your mind?

Was it like,

hmm, drugs, guns, prostitutes, or something else? Really, I was just like, huh? That's really

bizarre, yeah. It's interesting. I just, I, you know, you don't, it's something that would never even

cross my mind. Exactly. Yeah. So that's the case. You know, your reaction's pretty typical

that most folks, again, either like never really even thought that, you know, honestly,

anybody owned the land for a mobile home park, maybe the homes, but, you know, who knows about

the land? Or people have a very negative connotation for parks. And the fact of the matter is, you know,

maybe 1%, I don't know, 2% of parks are, you know, crime-ridden and badly managed, and they are

your worst nightmare. Now, that's, again, the bottom 1 or 2% of parks. As I say, we here at Park
