Kastrop Larson. He is the managing director of Dunn Capital Europe. Prior to joining Dunn, Neals was

chairman and chief executive officer of Roe Asset Management AG in Switzerland, which he co-founded.

Nealz started his career in the financial sector in 1985. His passion for being part of the

commodity trading advisor community dates back to 1990 when he co-founded an independent investments management company specializing in managed futures.

Since then, he has held several senior positions for some of the world's leading CTAs.

He worked as a senior manager at GNI Fund Management Limited. He then joined

Chesapeake and was a managing director heading up their European business development efforts.

He also worked as CEO and CFO of Beach Capital Management, which he co-founded. Neals is the founder

Fantastic. Well, today we are getting into the topic of trend following. So can you explain for our audience what trend following is?

Sure, absolutely.

Let me give it a try.

Trend following is a trading strategy, a trading strategy which for the most part, I would say, is based on specific rules.

Rules that you develop in order to not as many people try to buy low and sell high.

In fact, trend followers often do the very opposite.

They buy when the price of a market goes up and they sell when the price of the market goes down because they expect that this price move could turn into a trend that consists
