So your background's really interesting. Obviously, you manage a lot of money, and you have this perspective that the average investor might not have. So I wanted to start right from the beginning and ask you,

how did you start your investing career? And what were the kinds of things that led up to the

success that you've seen today? Yeah, sure. So it's actually funny and you won't believe me.

I actually started when I was 13 years old. If you look back, there was a virtual trading competition that I took part in.

I'm competitive. I have kind of that analytical nature to me. Two characteristics that really

geared me and drove me towards investing. I think those are two big qualities that you need to have. But from there, I knew that

is exactly what I wanted to really do. When I went to college, I was able to manage the school

endowment, both as an analyst for the equity side and fixed income side, and then was able to get a job at a long, short,

hedge fund looking at small cap stocks.

So from there, I had the full circle, starting at a young age, knowing that this is what I wanted to do,

and then fulfilling that while I was in college, and then thereafter prior to coming to GFG
