an innovative strategy for higher returns with lower risk. He has award-winning work and over 30 years of

experience as an investment professional focusing on under-exploited investment opportunities.

In 1990, he founded a portfolio management consultant, which advises private and institutional

investors on asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and advanced

momentum strategies.

So like I mentioned, you are the author of Dual Momentum Investing, and I did have a chance

to read that book book and I really highly

recommend it for people even if you know you don't have a background or don't consider

yourself a momentum investor just because you know as far as myself as a value investor I see

a lot of parallels especially with the efficient market hypothesis

and kind of how you broke that down. I thought it was really fascinating. And I really liked

how you introduced the book with what you called the World's First Index Fund. Can you talk about

that and what made it so successful?
