So, Larry, thanks for coming on today.

Hey, Andrew, great to talk with you. I appreciate the introduction.

Yeah, I'm kind of excited to see what you have to say today because, you know, you kind of deal

with more of the high net worth

people and it's a little bit different than what we're usually, what we're usually listening to.

But I kind of wanted to find out because you are, like I mentioned in the intro, you are the editor

of accredited investor newswire. And for people out there who aren't aware of accredited

investors, what are the requirements to become one? Well, that's interesting. You bring up the word

requirements. So we're talking about as federal laws. So the federal government has been lobbying

successfully to make a definition about a certain type of investor. And they call these accredited investors. An accredited

investor must be able to prove that they have over a million dollars in net worth over and above

their home, or they earn $200,000 per year individually or $300,000 per year as a couple. And so what

they've done is they've said, if you're part of the Uber wealthy,

then we can allow you to be recognized as a credited investor class, but no one else can

participate in the best, coolest, smoking, hot, newest, most well-crafted investments that
