And you need them really bad. You do. You can't ride a bike without them. The unsung hero of your bike. Yeah. And if you ever broken a pedal or a crank arm, it is terrifying. Yeah. I've had a Shimano pedal like freeze up on me. Or the whole, I've had the whole body like slide off your axle. Oh. Yeah. See, this, ladies and gentlemen is why you want to give your pedals love. Yep. That's some words of wisdom. But how about Zach's words of wisdom? It got a little something more, a little deeper for you from Zach today. I still love riding bikes and I always will. but running genuinely changed the trajectory of my life.
