It's World Championships weekend, and after talking to some of the athletes, I realized the logistics of international competition are rarely understood by us average punters, so we called up Team USA's Keegan Swenson on the eve of World Championships to learn about the event, this year's XCO course and how Keegan is preparing for a World Champs PR.
