And in honor of Charlie, we're going to be having our own roundtable discussion here.

In fact, we've even brought in back to the screen by popular demand, Nick Hamilton.

We were at the Home Centers of America conferences last weekend.

A ton of people came up. It was like, you know, where'd you go and everything? I thought people forgot about it at this point. Yeah. But it's good to be back in town. I'm also testing the fourth seat for when we bring another guest in with audio and video, so that's fun. But it's good to be here. Yeah. and with that, I think I'll start off with the introductions in the old school way.

I'm really, I just loved that. I was about to say I'm really looking forward to doing a, you know, unorganized, disorganized. Disorganized. I'm going to say unscripted, but we were joking five minutes before we were filming, like, when we say unscripted, that makes it sound like everything's actually scripted. Yeah, and all we have is like an outline here we go with no outline i'm immediately butchering the first one well it's like you know charlie used to i mean charlie's podcast he would have guests on and and again they'd have that free flow conversation of everything and so we've got a lot of events that have been taking place again Again, we had our homesteaders conference that we went to.

By the way, if you've never been to a homesteader conference, it's a blast. Homesteaders of America is the one that we really like. It's the only HOA we really like. Homesteaders of America, Amy Field, but they do a great job. I think it was more than 5,000 people there over two-day. I think it was more than 5,000.

It was like 5,000 tickets sold initially.

And they sell out every year, but we, this, we've been four years now. The first year we went and it was just Nick, Tina, and myself walking around. The second year we had a booth. That was a great experience. Third year we had a booth, met a lot of people. But this year was really the first time that we saw a ton of people come from our podcast.
