but they purported to be related to the Israeli Hamas ceasefire deal,

the release of Israeli hostages today,

the release of prisoners held by Israel.

So he was there signing something in Egypt. And when he turned to speak at that event in Egypt,

he said something that I think even in the room struck people as a little bit strange. Now,

that is not an unusual occurrence for this president. He is a meandering speaker. He often says

stuff that seems out of context or inappropriate for the

audience to which he is speaking. But in Egypt, in the midst of this big news day, it was weird.

He turned and he said to the strongman leader of Egypt, who took power in a military coup,

a guy who Trump, in his first term, called his favorite dictator,

Trump turned to the microphone today in Egypt, and he said this.

He said, there was a reason we chose Egypt because you were very helpful.

Everybody wanted to have this.
