0:08.4	he is opening an impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
0:12.7	Lucky for us, we don't have to wonder whether or not
0:14.9	this is a bad faith effort by Speaker McCarthy.
0:17.4	And that is because back in 2015,
0:20.9	when he was pitching himself for House leadership,
0:23.4	Mr. McCarthy said the quiet part out loud.
