0:07.9	Donald Trump has no understanding whatsoever of the economy, no interest in policymaking at all,

0:51.3	with 90 countries in just 90 days.

0:55.3	Today was supposed to be the deadline for those 90 deals.

0:59.4	And Trump has delivered none of them.
