Good evening and welcome back to MSNBC's Primetime Special Coverage of the Federal Criminal

Endowment of a former President of the United States for the first time in our nation's

history.

Back with me, our joy-read and Nicole Wallace, also Alex Wagner and Stephanie Rural joining

us now, also joining us as NBC legal analyst Andrew Weissman at the same time that Donald

Trump was being booked and entering a plea at a federal courthouse in Miami today, approximately

a thousand miles north in Washington, D.C.

Look at this.

Two of the so-called fake electors, these ones from the state of Nevada, including the

state Republican Party chairman, were spotted exiting the Grand Jury proceedings in Special

Council, Jack Smith's other Grand Jury investigation, the investigation into January 6th, and Trump's

efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Of course, Jack Smith's two investigations, the one that has resulted already in a criminal

indictment of Trump in Florida related to his handling class by documents, and the January

6th investigation, which is ongoing with apparently grand jury proceedings happening even today

in D.C., those two federal investigations are just parts of the potential ongoing legal

jeopardy for this particular former president.

In the state of Georgia, the Fulton County District Attorney, Fannie Wallace, has signaled

that she intends to make a charging decision related to her state investigation sometime

in late July or more likely early August.

Today, today of all days, we were told that members of the Fulton County Sheriff's Department

traveled to both Miami and to New York City on a rainment days for Donald Trump to gather
