The lawyer went on to explain that not only is Giuliani currently suspended from practicing law and unable to make money that way,

but Mr Giuliani is earning very little income from his podcast and his radio show,

making him exactly like almost every other podcaster in America.

Now technically, today was a very small procedural victory for Giuliani.

The bankruptcy judge granted Giuliani an exemption.

And that exemption allows Mr Giuliani to try to challenge the 148 million dollars in damages
