Welcome to the Carl Jackson podcast to actually several stories that I want to touch on two different topics for this Monday's program.

One, I want to talk about the shootings that occurred over the weekend, the mass shootings, if you will.

The Buffalo supermarket attack. I want to get into that. I want to get into this shooting that occurred at a church in Laguna Woods.

I believe it is out in Southern California area. Also, I want to talk about what's happening.

The latest in wokeness, if you will. So we have Netflix who is finally growing a backbone and saying,

listen, why don't you work or find another job if you are if you're so concerned about wokeness and then you have marble going

woke. The question that I'm going to be asking you though going back to the issue of the mass shootings is this, has the media, the mainstream media, have they been effective in starting a race war that seems to be happening with the crazies that walk amongst us.

All right. Welcome to today's edition of the Carl Jackson show podcast. A couple of things that I want to talk about a couple of subjects.

Again, we're going to talk about the mass shootings that occurred over the weekend. We're also going to give you the latest in what's happening with wokeness on this Monday morning.

Lots going on in the news today, but I've decided to edit down to these couple of topics because I think they're very important for society at large and where we're headed.

And a lot of this has to do with the mainstream media being in the middle of both of these topics. So first, let's get to the issue at hand in regards to the shooting, a couple of shootings that happened over the weekend that I just want to bring your attention to and talk about or delve into these a little bit.

As we as we get started today, first off, obviously the shooting that happened at the Buffalo supermarket with this murderer patent, Brendan, many people are calling it a many people are saying that it was it was a shooting that was based upon race, all indications seem to suggest that that is true.

Although I'm not sure of the online memo there may have been an online memo of some sort. I've not I've not seen that, but there have been reports that the kid was a, you know, just a racist racist little buster, if you will, that bought into some of this, you know, hate from the, I guess from people want to say from the far right, but that's not exactly true.

If he was a warrant to be Nazi, then that's national socialist. That's more that that's closer aligned with the Democrat party. Go figure. But anyway, several questions that I want to ask you or a couple of things that I want to present. And then I want to ask you a question.

So first off, when it comes to when it comes to the issues of of these mass shootings, I want to make something and fatically clear, and fatically clear. These mass shootings have absolutely nothing to do with guns.

Guns are a piece of metal guns are an inanimate object. All right, they are a moral. They don't do anything, but you know, like a phone, they set on your desk, they said in a, a safe, maybe they sit in the holster, they do nothing until the person behind the weapon chooses to use that weapon.

Now the difference in gun use could be, excuse me, self defense, right, it could be someone using a gun for a good purpose to stop or prevent a crime. There could be a police officer, obviously that stops or prevents crime or stops a crime, you know, from taking place.

There could be a woman or man in a, in a, in a position of self defense where they use a weapon or brandish a weapon to do the same as a police officer, either to stop a crime or prevent a crime from occurring.

I have one suit of belief that mass shootings are a major issue around the country, and I would say there are major issue typically in blue states and in blue cities. But when these issues, when these type of shootings like this occur, I hate to tell you this, and I want to be as sympathetic to the families as possible, but this is great fodder for the media.

Especially the mainstream media seems to love this stuff, seems to eat it up, they're creating in my mind a type of race war that, that seems to be bubbling up with the crazies that walk amongst us.
