Hello Discovery Mountain listeners, Miss Jean here.

Happy New Year.

Now, you know, as I think back over 2023, I have a long list of things to feel thankful for.

And you listeners, while you are near the top of my list.

I'm thankful for each one of you and the fact that you are a part of our faith family.

Now, there were some great moments in Discovery Mountain in 2023.

Let's see, Jenny visited the kids at school.

That was memorable.

And we met the Smith family, including Keziah's pet tarantula.

And we had summer camp adventures with mountain lions and capture the flag games. And a special

holiday season where we got to know Addison and her dad Leon just a little bit better. And we've had

lots of mini adventures too, haven't we? Now, it's tough to pick my favorite of the minis. There

were some great ones. Did you have a favorite? Well, I think that my favorite minis were

Cafe Quest and Perfect Re recipe. Chef Tyler's visit to town,

well, that was big news. A celebrity right in Discovery Mountain. And you know, I really enjoyed

the faith exercise in these minis. The team at the cafe, they had to learn to work together. And

you know, that's a good lesson for each of us. So let's take a listen to Cafe Quest and Perfect

Recipe and let's exercise our faith along with everyone. And happy New Year to each of you.
