I'm very excited to be here with Ms. Shannon Ford here today, who's the reigning Mrs. United States.

And Shannon's an outspoken advocate for the Celiac Foundation, and she endorses

a gluten-free way of life and uses her lifestyle as a platform for encouraging healthy choices

in her community. So Shannon and I talk about how foods that say that they're gluten-free are

actually not. About Jillian Michaels and why she was wrong about healthy whole grains,

how bacon is like dessert, and why low-fat paleo doesn't work.
