Elizabeth Lomax gave herself one last look in the hall mirror before answering the door,

pleased with her appearance. Her hair was done in thick curls that hung over her collarbone and

shoulders. She normally didn't walk around her home in a sundress and heels, but today was a special day.

You must be John, Elizabeth said cheerfully as she opened the door.

I am, said the man, extending his hand. He had a head of perfectly styled brown hair and bright blue eyes.

Mrs. Lomax found him striking. You must be Mrs. L..., oh, please, said Mrs. Lomax, waving her hands.

Call me Elizabeth. John Robinson was the 25-year-old man sent by the agency to clean the house

and tend to the lawn and landscaping.

Elizabeth had hoped for someone attractive, but she certainly wasn't expecting this.

When Jean cracked a smile, it connected to his eyes.

You've got a great house.

Elizabeth gave him the tour, and then handed him his first assignment, mowing the back lawn.

She watched him through the kitchen window, his forehead glistening with sweat,

even though the reason he had tackled the lawn first

was because it was early in the day, before the sun really became sweltering. When he finished,

he stood on the back porch and chugged down the glass of lemonade Elizabeth had left for him.

That's when he saw her. Through the kitchen and into the living room, the outline of her body

was prominent against the front window, the sun beaming around her. Had she changed into lingerie? John thought, squinting his eyes.

Oh, John, there you are, said Elizabeth. When he had stepped into the kitchen, she was in a dark blue bikini, revealing a beautiful body. The bikini straps clung to

her curves in a way that made John want to untie them. I was going to hop into the pool.

Please do go ahead and start cleaning off both the back and the front porch for me,

will you?
