Broadcasting live from the land of 10, it's actually 12 or 13,000 lakes of Minnesota.

We interrupt this broadcast for the Islamic call to prayer.

You say, why is that interrupting of this year's wretched radio broadcast?

And the answer can be found from the Minneapolis City Council.

The city of lakes, it's a loverly town, a recently changing the former law,

which stated the Islamic call to prayer cannot happen between the hours of 10 p.m. 7 a.m.

Kind of a common courtesy sort of a fair, but now the city council unanimously without any dissenting voices from the community

have now proclaimed that it will likely be signed by the mayor that the Islamic call to prayer can happen anytime day or night.

And chances are pretty good as a Christian.

This bums you out.

And I think it should, but maybe just maybe not for the same reason if we are disturbed because we think that this isn't constitutional while I'm not a constitutional scholar,

it seems to me that if we do allow public church bells as a call to worship, I don't know how we can prohibit any other religion from making public noise as perhaps unpleasant as we might find it to be.

I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah.

You and I as Christians no doubt here about this legislation and in Minneapolis, you'll be hearing the Islamic call to prayer very soon.

Perhaps even in the middle of the night, we mourn something, but I don't think it's constitutional fidelity.
