I'm just a little quick story before we start.

So people kind of like know why you're on here, why I love you, and who you are.

So when I was decided I was going to do the podcast, I was going to do the podcast, I was going to do with my

friend Kate.

And then she was like, I can't do it every day you're too much like I can't be

associated with you just kidding that's not how it went down but like it was just like not

her thing for like all the time so I was like well freak who am I going to have because I was like I'm not doing this by myself like I'm not doing this whole

podcast I need a co-host and you just like popped up in my brain it was so random because like we don't talk every day.
