You told me you're roaming around pretty early this morning California time as you guys are out there. Been a hell of a season, Chris. I embedded with you about a year ago and you're watching the same group now mature. get a little better as even time goes on.

And I'm going to get to plenty of them, but I ask you first, I think I saw a graphic yesterday,

daughter making the golf team, huh?

0:44.9

You got one playing for Oxford now, don't you?

0:49.6

Yeah, she's got them fooled for sure.

0:51.7

So I think she's got to go search for her golf bag, maybe got grandfathered into this or something. But, yeah, she's got them fooled for sure. So I think she's got to go search for her golf bag,

maybe got grandfathered into this or something. But yeah, she's,

she's excited. You think they just saw Malloy and said, hey, put her the hell on there?

1:08.0

It's going to be all right. She literally took my bag like a year ago for tryouts that said, I mean, which she's crafty. So now give her that. What kind of

1:13.2

sports parent are you? I want to be their dad. I really do. And probably two hands off at times.

1:22.1

everything. But I'm not his golf coach at all. He, know, my son Cash plays, you know, a bunch of different sports where I want him to do everything,

1:28.1

but I'm not his golf coach at all. He, he goes to Kyle Ellis, and then he'll go to VJ. Trollio,

on, you know, maybe some shots or, you know, whatever with, with them, but, uh, and any of the rest of the stuff, I, yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm the parent that sits far away and you don't, you don't hear from me, you know, on, on things. And, uh, you know, Kaylee's, you know, the same way. So I just want them to have fun. And I think through coaching, it makes you such a better parent because you see how many bad, like, little league parents and stuff. You're out there in general. You just kind of shake your head and go, I don't want to be that guy. You know, Mike kind of famously said he was never coached any of his kids. There's no way that would happen. Would you feel that same way if you had a college able child? Would you want to avoid that? I think so. You know, even though like Trey Jones, who's the best man in my wedding, he's the Florida State coach. He coaches his son Drew and he says it's incredible and like he enjoys that

2:51.8

I mean, I'm always going to be their dad, you know, so, you know, for them to have, you know,

2:56.7

hopefully I'm a mentor for them, you know, being their dad.

3:00.1
