conversation I had this morning with one of our great producing coaching clients

in the Las Vegas market which by the way Las Vegas if don't know, we are planning a tour right now.

He messaged me this morning this question and obviously him being one of our clients. I want to help him with this.

Anyways, the question was, listen, how do I build a team and what's the purpose of building

a team and do I build a team when it comes to, from the perspective of just hiring more people
