My people, my people, it is time to record the week in IndyCar listener Q&A show.

Hey, we done put the 2025 IndyCar series season to bed on Sunday in good old Nashville.

Joseph Newgarden, Team Penske seemed like the race that nobody wanted to win, but indeed

in a year where seemingly everything goes wrong for Joseph, and he's the one who gets taken out

in a race of attrition. I thought it was a nice close to the year for him and the team, them actually being the ones to survive all the silliness,

watch everybody else fall by the wayside,

get hit by adversity or whatever it is that went wrong

and conspired against their success.

Good to see Joseph and Penske get the job done. So two wins out of the last three

races for them. Happy for Jonathan Dugood, the new team president there, just happy for them

all together. I know the drivers aren't always the most popular there. A team might not always be the most popular for some,

but tell you,

know a lot of the folks who run the cars,

work on them,

et cetera,

et cetera,

and just as the people who make up the team,

from truly fine folks there.

So happy for them to close the year on a high.
