I've got a special episode for you here with my friend Trevor Green Smith, who, in his

mid-20s, has just completed a journey that began in his teens,

great, great desire to reach Formula One.

And so having known Trevor for a good long while,

tried to help wherever I could,

but he's one with the talent who has moved along to every step of the way.

I thought it might be interesting to talk about his life and his career path,

his educational choices, and how for a kid who wanted to work in Formula One,

the technical side.

He's headed to a Formula One team, which we don't mention,

because that's up to him and the

team to declare whenever that time might be. But knowing that he has indeed achieved his dream

of going to work for a Formula One team in a very important engineering role, figured this might

be something for those of you. To harbor a dream like Trevor's to reach Formula One.

Could also be IndyCar, NASCAR, Imsa, wherever else, top level of the sport.

It's not so specific to just Formula One, that that's the only thing to learn here, but that is where he's going.

So sat down with Trevor spent a little bit more than an hour, trying to find out how he

made this happen.

IndyCar and other series here in North America, a lot of similar roles he and I have worked in that we can
