On a Monday evening here in Northern California, the Bay Area where my wife and I live.

Ooh, it's been a week, y'all.

It's been a month.

It's been, uh,

so a couple super not happy things talk about up front,

some sad stuff.

Normally try to make this show as fun and light and easy as possible.

For my longtime listeners or committed listeners, you know that if there's something we need to get to up front that's a little deeper and less celebration-y, we'll do it.

So, yeah, this is our first week in IndyCar listener Q&A episode since my dear friend reporting partner co-pilot, you name it, Robin Miller, died last Wednesday.

I know that I mentioned this on the intro to the Week in IndyCar guest show that I just posted many days late with Mike Hull.

But for those who weren't original listeners to the show when it first came out, this started with Robin and I.

I don't even remember what we called it.

But this early week in IndyCar news, I think, is what it was called.

This was Robin and I, and did it for about 20 to 25 minutes per episode.

And I'll share with you that it was a pressure-laden experience for me.

Why?

Because it was with Robin Miller.

No.

Again, I love Robin.

He meant so much to me, but he was a friend and colleague.
