Welcome to the week in IndyCar, our final season preview talking to people before we have a new championship underway.

And who do we have?

Well, we got the guy who won the last championship.

Scott Dixon, you're a busy man here a couple days away from starting title defense, title acquisition, I have to believe, is part of the plan.

So how things in the old Dixon household here before we roll the barber?

Yeah, pretty good, actually. It's been, as you said, I think, you know, we had a bit of a slow off season, you know, limited testing and, you know, lucky for some of us, we're able to do some of the endurance races. But as always, as you get close to the first race, you know, the crunch really happens with, you know, a lot of development stuff going ahead and simulator and, you know, obviously with, still with the pandemic, you know, a lot of

Zoom calls and things like that and a lot of great stuff with PNC and their community outreach

programs, which have been a lot of fun too. So, yeah, it's busy, but it's good to be busy, man.

Once you're done here, you're going to be reading to school children. So your day is only going

to improve once we hang up.

That would be the toughest, toughest part of my day is to have them look at me for at least 20 seconds.

Gotta say, you do it good work even before the season kicks off here, mate.
