Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Middle Ground.

I'm Caroline and Joe is not with me again this week and it's no one's fault but ours because,

you know, life is just busy and yesterday was Halloween and it's just been crazy and

we just haven't gotten the chance to get together. So Joe and I are not together this week, but

catch us next week and I promise we'll be together better than ever. But Chris is with me. Again,

Chris was with me last week for our bonus advice episode. And I was going

to do a solo episode, but I don't know. It's just hard to do a solo episode sometimes because I feel

like I'm talking to literally no one. And it's not like YouTube where you're like seeing your

face. It's like I'm literally talking to no one.

And so sometimes it's really hard for me to do that.

So I was like, Chris, you want to be on again?

He's like, sure.

And I think this episode will be helpful, hopefully, to some of you guys, because we get a lot of emails.
