great. Thanks. I don't feel great, but that just seems to be my default as of late.

Oh my gosh, Heather, life is like a dumpster fire.

But it's okay, it's all right, I'm breathing.

I said this true producer before we started, Like as long as I'm breathing each day, like I wake up in the morning, like I actually wake up, then I'm alive so it's good. That's become the bar for me. If you're alive, then life is good.

Okay, well I get that. I was doing a thing where I was waking up in the morning and going,

I gotta not do that.

I will tell you, do I look puffy to you at all?

I was actually thinking to myself how beautiful and

luminescent you are and I know I mean you're married to the good doctor but I also

know that you really do like employ all concepts of self-care and you you know

how to do that kind of thing.

I really do.

And so, you know, I'm not good with maintenance, like I hate sitting to get my nails done, I hate

all that stuff.
