hi I'm 43 married and just finished homeschooling my second and last child. I only worked in fast

food for four to five years before marriage and was a mom soon after. How do I re-enter without a

resume? Some have suggested that I can build a resume with the 17 years of stay at home homeschooling

experience. How? I have done volunteering throughout these years also. Alright Debra this is very

doable. Let's get to the first part of your question. How do I re-enter without a resume? Very simple.

Through relationships. When you've been out of the official workforce for a long time this is a

natural fear and that is assuming the fear is based on the assumption that you must have a current

and chock full resume and that's nonsense. Who do you and your husband know? Who do they know?

You start working on the layers of your relationships and so the tightest circle of friends and

family is where you start. Hey I want to get back in the workforce. Looking at anything and

everything right now would love maybe something in this area you have to communicate it. And then

that circle starts telling their circle. You would be surprised how many people you have a connection
