We got a lot cooking on today's show.

First of all, we usually record in the morning and we're recording in the afternoon.

So it's kind of a different feel for me.

I don't know about you, sweetie.

It's a little different.

It is a little different.

But the reason we are doing an afternoon recording is because

we just interviewed one of the speakers of our 2019 Zen Parenting Conference titled, Get Your Brave on.

Correct. Ms. Devorah Heitner. Dr. Devorah Heitner. Dr. Devorah Heitner.

And it's because Millie She, our good friend,

wrote in a question because she's on Team Zen about technology. And she has a sixth grader, and she doesn't know whether or not she should get her over a phone, and if so, what kind.

So we did something out of the ordinary, which is we Skyped her in and we just recorded

the interview about a half hour ago.

And I think the question, I mean, she did, you know, Millie did ask what kind, but she

didn't mean like Nokia or, you know, that kind of thing.

No, it's like everything that goes into that.

She meant like when I get a phone, what does that mean?

How do I, how do I set up this system? How do I create a communication with my child about this? How do I monitor what she's doing?
