Join by co-hosts, Richard and Brian. Guys, did it feel weird not going to the theater?

It felt weird for me. It felt like my first week because usually I'll go even if we don't do a review. Even if we're talking to us the next week, I'll still go because there's something out that I want to see. But this weekend, I was like, yeah, I think I'm fine. It was funny because Project Hail Mary was such a huge boost. And it was like, man, this is awesome. Yeah, I was like, maybe go see that. But it's still, it's still in a place where you can't get a seat. So yeah, not trying to dip back in yet. And then this week I was like, I just, I've got like a two hour block where I maybe can get a movie and didn't happen. Okay, well, then movies can be back later, I guess. So, so yeah like we've said before on the show

in years past it always feels like summer is kind of getting pushed more and more into the

spring um when they want to push these things it used to be like when i was growing up we were growing up

it was like may 25th is when you knew okay now it's summer's summer movie season. Now it's mid-March. I don't know if it even moves up or as much as there just aren't seasons anymore. Yeah. Right. It's like, I would say the only, the only times when you don't see it is January, February. Yeah. Like, you're not going to see a tent pole blockbuster ever. You'll see, you know, horror sequels and family comedies, romantic comedies, but you're not going to see Project Hail Mary on January 15th. You know, it's just, yeah. It's the first big movie of the year, and now it feels like every weekend from here on out, there's something big coming out that's going to have people's attention,

do well, and have an audience.

So it's a good time around these parts, I guess.

I'm taking seven teenagers to see Mario on Thursday night,

like at 9.30 showing. None of them related to youth. None of them are mine. No, I don't know any. I don't know which kids. Yeah. And that's part of the problem, Brian, that we've been trying to say, you know. It's I don't think you're up to anything. It's just like we said, the optics are weird. Yeah. You know what? Now you say something. I'm seeing it.

Especially since you put the ad out on, like, who uses Craigslist anymore?
