Summary

July was a big month of movies. Mike and Kelsey reveal their best and worst for the month as the summer blockbuster season was in full effect. What shined through the rest and what fizzled out on the big screen? In the Movie Review, Mike talks about The Naked Gun starring Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson. He was hesitant to see it so did it change his mind? Can a spoof movie still work in 2025? Was it actually fun? And how crazy that it was under 1 hour and 15 minutes! In the Trailer Park, Mike breaks down Avatar: Fire and Ash from Director James Cameron that comes out only in theaters December 19. Mike talks about how James Cameron first came up with the idea in the 90s, why they make so much money and can we handle there more 3+ hour movies until 2031?

I heard a sad statistic is the reason time goes by faster when you're older is because

0:48.6

you start or stop recording good memories.

0:51.9

Because when you're younger, like everything is new and you remember all these things.

July went simultaneously slow and fast because there were like five work weeks in it because

the way the month started.

1:11.2

So that was, it made the work month feel long, even though I was on vacation for a couple days. But there were a lot of good movies, which we got to get into. So many movies. I watched so many movies and I read a lot of books this month. So forgive me if things are jumbled in my head. Yeah, I'm looking at the list of not even just movies we saw in theaters, but just of the entire month that I want to recap.

1:12.3

It was a lot. In the mood review, I'll be talking about the movie. I didn't think I was going to go see in theaters The Naked Gun. Oh, man, that trailer looks so dumb. But I got to see for myself. And in the trailer park, I'll be talking about Avatar Fire and Ash, which is Avatar 3,
