I've just been to the sauna obviously because I love the sauna of course a fitness freak my body is a temple and then arrive and just hot food sort of makes me sweat anyway which I guess is one of the reasons I like it,

of this like constant searching for things that feel different to the things that you're

feeling normally, which I think might be an ADHD thing, but definitely something I have.

But I just hadn't long since been in the sauna, showered when I hadn't cooled down from the sauna,

and then just became extremely hot and like to the point

where like the neck and my t-shirt was like a little bit wet.

Hey, hot, part, well like, as listening to no, I spent a lot of my childhood in Birmingham, and so I spent a lot of time getting

the hottest possible curry I could possibly get. So I think I've now deadened some of my senses to heat,

so I've yet to be defeated by a

chili. I've killed my palate a hundred to seven with whiskey and hot food I

was day not that I ever had particularly good

quite sensitive about it in the first place but I'm not your person I'm not I'm not a
