On our last Blister podcast, we talked with Jason Blevins, and today Jason is back because just over the past few days, we had some breaking news out of Telluride.

But what happened in Telluride definitely should not be viewed as just some isolated incident.

And so I asked Jason to come back on to give us an

update about Telluride from Telluride, where he has been posted up for several days. And what we

wanted to do was also use this as an opportunity to take a fresh look at some of the complexities

and how we might make changes to make things in mountain towns more sustainable and stable.
