Our podcast this week features two people, Anila and Andy McKenna.

Now, they run a company called Go Ware, Scotland, that effectively takes small groups of people, mountain biking for days at time sometimes, and there can't be many corners of Scotland that they haven't visited together. The ethos of their company is quite straightforward. They believe in well-being, both mental and physical, and fostering

everything possible to do with that, but they're also into inclusion and diversity. That makes

sense because Anila family was originally from Pakistan and she has encountered racism across

the years. And in terms of inclusion, Andy was diagnosed with MS back in 2007.

How did you meet?

Well, we've been together now roughly 26 years.
