The November jobs report was out Friday morning.

Unemployment dropping to 7% Ron, it is the lowest point in five years.

You combine that with the good housing data we got earlier in the week.

7% is really strong, and we want to go lower, but it's pretty good.

The labor participation rate actually went up a bit, which is good.

Sometimes we see the unemployment rate go down because of the way the math shakes out.
