But we begin this week with the big macro.

November's Jobs Report, out Friday morning, Ron and the numbers looking pretty good.

321,000 jobs added for the month unemployment stays at 5.8%.

Really strong. 2.65 million jobs created this year.

Best growth in 15 years.

Economy continues to pick up steam.

I would say the one, maybe not so great thing is the wage growth numbers.

There are some reports saying that this looks a little bit interesting because they ticked up a bit.

I think inflation adjusted though. We're looking pretty much at flat wage growth,

which can you have flat growth? Basically, that means no growth.

So that's the one non-silver lining.

But all in all, I think these numbers are really strong.
