| 0:42.0 | But let's start with the retail. Tough quarterly results this week from big names like Macy's and Nordstrom and Charlie, |

| 0:52.0 | How bad is it out there? If you just look at this week, it's looking pretty bad for retail. |
| 0:57.0 | It looks soft but not horrible. |
| 1:00.0 | Yeah. And across the board, as you mentioned, |
| 1:03.0 | Coles, Macy's, Nordstrom, Walmart all pulled down their full-year guidance due to soft retail spending, |
| 1:09.0 | at least in the kind of products. These guys are all selling, which is clothes and staples kind of stuff. |
| 1:16.0 | But it's not really catastrophic. Walmart's comms were down 0.3%. |
| 1:21.0 | That's slightly worse than what they thought they would do at the end of Q1. |
| 1:25.0 | But let's take a step back here. They're still going to earn over $5 a share this year. |
| 1:29.0 | That's pretty good, a very high cash flow business. |
| 1:33.0 | We're not talking about some of the drags of retail like JC Penney or Sears. |
| 1:37.0 | These are all companies that, for the most part, are doing well, even though things are a little weak. |
