And there's a lot going on, Ron. But I'm going to hit you with two reports that came out this week.

On Friday, consumer sentiment numbers were out confidence at a six year high.

And the case Schiller home price index was out earlier in the week.

Biggest gain in seven years. It's all roses.

It's all good.

Things look pretty good, right?
