0:40.7	They want to look good in front of the government and in front of the taxpayers.
0:43.8	I'd maybe be doing the same thing if I were in their shoes, but the bottom line is they
0:47.8	could be front in loading some of the best news and we could still see worse things to
0:52.1	follow, especially when it comes to credit quality and things like that, which are at the
0:56.3	mercy of estimates, worth noting though, to City Group's credit, they did not take any
0:59.6	write downs under the FAS 157 modification that got so much air time.
