And the stand-down factor in the middle of all the public criticism is stunning.

And I'm still shaking my head.

I'm still in disbelief that Charlie has gone.

And I don't know if you have this reaction or not,

but when I watch tapes of Charlie in his

interaction with the young, it's hard for me to watch. It's like a lost love, realizing this will never happen again. And then you look at how skilled he was.

It'd be like trying to replace a generational talent basketball like a Michael Jordan.

That's how difficult it is.
