Well, boys and girls, mark it on the calendar, July 8th, 2024, the day Sammy Boy goes back to the gym.

I take a lot of time off in the summertime.

It feels about right to get going back now.

A little bit earlier than usual.

This usually happens around September.

But got to do it. It's going to hurt.

It's not going to be fun. And I'm going to see zero results in the next month. Okay. So with that going

forward, what do I do? I embrace the process, divorce from the outcome. It's the best advice I could

give anybody in anything. Oh, this is going to hurt. So I'm literally on my way to the gym right now. This is going to hurt so bad. And zero results for the next month. I already know it. Ask me how I know. Done it before every year. Maybe I should change it up. Maybe I should not stop going to the gym. But I just enjoy this great weather so much. I'm outside all the time and never get in the gym. So embrace the process, divorce from the outcome. That's the motivational minute. Let's have a day to day. And that's a wrap.
