It's the motivational minute 60 seconds of awesome sauce starting right now. Hey, you ever heard that phrase? People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. I like it. Feels good. Feels a little too motivational to me, maybe because I've heard it 100 times and I really haven't seen it in practice that much, as much as I've actually heard people say it. But how do you know if somebody really cares?

Like if they're authentic about, you know what?

I give a crap.

You know, I really do care.

I don't know.

I mean, I'm not a guy that needs a warm blanket thrown around me. I don't need a hug. I'll take a hug. You know, if you're giving out free hugs, why not? But I give an example, a guy that I was working with, I was paying him as part of his team.

We're talking about booking calls, selling over the phone, over Zoom, things like that. I've long past giving him money. But he checked in, shot me a text the other day. Hey, Sammy just drove through Cincinnati. He drove over that bridge. I love it. It's called the Brent Spence Bridge, actually. It connects Kentucky to Ohio downtown. But anyway, just checked in, had no reason to. I don't think he's planting a seed, trying to come back and sell me something down the road. How do I know this? Because after I was done paying him, he still jumped on a number of calls with me just to make sure I understood everything, got any questions, way past the time our contract was over that's how you know are

they authentic when you're not paying them money do they show up i'm not saying if you are the person

receiving money that you got to give all this value away for free but if you really want people

to know how much you care do stuff like that when they don't expect it that's all show up when

they don't expect it to i think that's an ultimate sales hack and a great customer service hack. All right, my friends, let's go. Let's have a day to day.
