It's the motivation minute 60 seconds of awesome saw starting right now.

I'm getting out of here leaving in a little bit to go to Ohio University located in the

southeastern part of the state, Athens, Ohio, taking my daughter, Pagey, who's going

to be a senior in high school, coming up.

This will be my third round of college visits with my kids and you can change generations.

You can absolutely change generation.

Now I'm not a fan of higher education.

I think you guys know that.

I don't think everybody needs to go to college.

I don't think everybody's got to go 100 grand in debt for a career that you'll be paying

off for 20 years.

If you're lucky enough to be in a job that has that opportunity to pay all that debt back.

But I tell my kids, pick something that you're super passionate about and make sure you're

going to get paid and get that piece of paper and get out, out.

But getting back to the reason for this motivational minute, you can change generations.

I didn't finish college.

My wife didn't finish college.

You know, that wasn't the path we took, but our kids want to go.

So we encourage that.

We want to make sure they're going for the right reasons.

But man, think about that.

I've got a daughter going to Miami University in the fall.
