So don't turn a bad month into a bad three months or you're putting yourself so far behind the eight ball.

Think of a lot of the things you did right the last four weeks.

Stay in that lane.

Shine a magnifying glass on that.

Give yourself a little bit of grace on some of the things you didn't do so well.

If you got distracted, commitment level went low.

Don't let that happen in February.

You just can't.

You can't make up for a bad quarter and have a stellar outstanding year.
