Hey, it's been a minute since we had a motivational minute, so let's dive right into the quick, quick hit

episode today. Man, it's been four years since COVID. Four years. Think about that. I don't know,

for you, maybe it's flown by, maybe it's felt like, you know, dog years, you know,

like it's taken forever.

Either way, you remember where you were, right, four years ago.

It's April, you know know we're kind of a month

into this thing and oh my god everybody was so concerned and cautious during COVID right

they wore the mask and they followed the arrows on the floor at the grocery store or T.J. Max and you know we we all stayed six feet apart and all that stuff

Think about if we acted like that with that negative virus that a lot of individuals have. Think if they were as cautious about

spreading that around as they were during COVID. Man, I see somebody negative, I get low energy, I run the other way because I know they don't have any protection on. There's no mask, you know, there's no gloves and they don't, they're not staying six feet for me. I'm going to stay six feet from them and I recommend you do the same man don't spread that

negativity virus all right let's go let's make it a day to day day
